TSgt Serina Loeffler Officer Accessions Instructor Technical Sergeant Loeffler is a Training Instructor at the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 800 at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville TN.  She is responsible for leading, mentoring, guiding, training and equipping 109 cadets.
